a) 您在使用SandStar平台提供的搜索服务时输入的关键字信息；
b) SandStar收集到的您在SandStar发布的有关信息数据，包括但不限于参与活动、成交信息及评价详情；
c) 违反法律规定或违反SandStar规则行为及SandStar已对您采取的措施。
2. 信息使用
a) SandStar不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先得到您的许可，或该第三方和SandStar（含SandStar关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有这些资料。

g) 其它SandStar根据法律、法规或者网站政策认为合适的披露。
4. 信息存储和交换
SandStar收集的有关您的信息和资料将保存在SandStar及（或）其关联公司的服务器上，这些信息和资料可能传送至您所在国家、地区或SandStar收集信息和资料所在地的境外并在境外被访问、存储和展示。
5. Cookie的使用

The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience. Here are the types of information we gather.
· Information You Give Us: We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as responding to your requests, customizing future shopping for you, improving our stores, and communicating with you.
· Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies," and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses SandStar.com or advertisements and other content served by or on behalf of SandStar.com on other Web sites.
· Mobile: When you download or use apps created by SandStar or our subsidiaries, we may receive information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device. We may use this information to provide you with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content. Most mobile devices allow you to turn off location services.
· E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we often receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from SandStar.com if your computer supports such capabilities. We also use it for after-sales service, if there have any issues in your experience, you can contact us and we will help you to resolve them.
· Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features such as Recommended for You , personalized advertisements on other Web sites, and storage of items in your Shopping Cart between visits.
· The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Additionally, you can disable or delete similar data used by browser add-ons, such as Flash cookies, by changing the add-on's settings or visiting the Web site of its manufacturer.
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below and with subsidiaries SandStar.com, Inc. controls that either are subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice.
· Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control: We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, such as Marketplace sellers, these businesses operate stores at SandStar.com or sell offerings to you at SandStar.com. In other cases, we operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.
· Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
· Promotional Offers: Sometimes we send offers to selected groups of SandStar.com customers on behalf of other businesses. When we do this, we do not give that business your name and address.
· Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that SandStar.com, Inc., or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
· Protection of SandStar.com and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of SandStar.com, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. Obviously, however, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Notice.
· We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
· We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
· It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
SandStar.com gives you access to a broad range of information about your account and your interactions with SandStar.com for the limited purpose of viewing and, in certain cases, updating that information.
SandStar.com does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use SandStar.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.
If you choose to visit SandStar.com, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Washington. If you have any concern about privacy at SandStar.com, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Privacy Notice and the Conditions of Use will change also. SandStar Services and/or its affiliates ("SandStar") provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit or shop at SandStar.com, use SandStar products or services, use SandStar applications for mobile, or use software provided by SandStar in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, "SandStar Services"). SandStar provides the SandStar Services subject to the following conditions.
We offer a wide range of SandStar Services, and sometimes additional terms may apply. When you use an SandStar Service (for example, Your Profile, SandStar devices, or SandStar applications) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to that SandStar Service ("Service Terms"). If these Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Service Terms, those Service Terms will control.

When you use SandStar Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other SandStar Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All content included in or made available through any SandStar Service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software is the property of SandStar or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content included in or made available through any SandStar Service is the exclusive property of SandStar and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any SandStar Service are trademarks or trade dress of SandStar in the U.S. and other countries. SandStar's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not SandStar's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits SandStar. All other trademarks not owned by SandStar that appear in any SandStar Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by SandStar.
One or more patents owned by SandStar apply to the SandStar Services and to the features and services accessible via the SandStar Services. Portions of the SandStar Services operate under license of one or more patents.
Subject to your compliance with these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms, and your payment of any applicable fees, SandStar or its content providers grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the SandStar Services. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of any SandStar Service, or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of any SandStar Service or its contents; any downloading, copying, or other use of account information for the benefit of any third party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms are reserved and retained by SandStar or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers. No SandStar Service, nor any part of any SandStar Service, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of SandStar. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of SandStar without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing SandStar's name or trademarks without the express written consent of SandStar. You may not misuse the SandStar Services. You may use the SandStar Services only as permitted by law. The licenses granted by SandStar terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.
You may need your own SandStar account to use certain SandStar Services, and you may be required to be logged in to the account and have a valid payment method associated with it. If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. SandStar does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use the SandStar Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Alcohol listings on SandStar are intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase alcohol, or use any site functionality related to alcohol. SandStar reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use SandStar Services, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights (including publicity rights), or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable, and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam" or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. SandStar reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant SandStar a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant SandStar and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify SandStar for all claims resulting from content you supply. SandStar has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. SandStar takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
SandStar respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your intellectual property rights are being infringed, please contact us with Email, service@SandStar.com.
All purchases of physical items from SandStar are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
SandStar does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, SandStar does not take title to the refunded item.
SandStar attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SandStar does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any SandStar Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SandStar itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
When you use apps created by SandStar, such as the SandStar App or SandStar Operation App, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions.
You may not use any SandStar Service if you are the subject of U.S. sanctions or of sanctions consistent with U.S. law imposed by the governments of the country where you are using SandStar Services. You must comply with all U.S. or other export and re-export restrictions that may apply to goods, software (including SandStar Software), technology, and services.
THE SandStar SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) AND OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SandStar SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY SandStar ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. SandStar MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SandStar SERVICES, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SandStar SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SandStar SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, SandStar DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SandStar DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SandStar SERVICES, INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SandStar SERVICES, SandStar'S SERVERS OR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS SENT FROM SandStar ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, SandStar WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY SandStar SERVICE, OR FROM ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS (INCLUDING SOFTWARE) OR OTHER SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH ANY SandStar SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any SandStar Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by SandStar or through SandStar.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our registered agent Corporation Service Company, 300 Deschutes Way SW, Suite 304, Tumwater, WA 98501. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. We will reimburse those fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. Likewise, SandStar will not seek attorneys' fees and costs in arbitration unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
By using any SandStar Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and SandStar.

The following terms (“Software Terms”) apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with SandStar Services (the "SandStar Software").
1. Use of the SandStar Software. You may use SandStar Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use the SandStar Services as provided by SandStar, and as permitted by these Conditions of Use and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the SandStar Software into other programs or compile any portion of it in combination with other programs, or otherwise copy (except to exercise rights granted in this section), modify, create derivative works of, distribute, assign any rights to, or license the SandStar Software in whole or in part. All software used in any SandStar Service is the property of SandStar or its software suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
2. Use of Third Party Services. When you use the SandStar Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile software provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties.
3. No Reverse Engineering. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, tamper with, or bypass any security associated with the SandStar Software, whether in whole or in part.
4. Updates. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the SandStar Software at any time and without notice to you.
5. Government End Users. If you are a U.S. Government end user, we are licensing the SandStar Software to you as a "Commercial Item" as that term is defined in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (see 48 C.F.R. § 2.101), and the rights we grant you to the SandStar Software are the same as the rights we grant to all others under these Conditions of Use.
6. Conflicts. In the event of any conflict between these Conditions of Use and any other SandStar or third-party terms applicable to any portion of SandStar Software, such as open-source license terms, such other terms will control as to that portion of the SandStar Software and to the extent of the conflict.
